Growing opportunities
Globally, the number of green jobs has grown by eight percent per year in the past five years. While the World Economic Forum predicts the global green economy will create more than 10.3 million new jobs by 2030, meaning that green career opportunities are only likely to increase.
As the green economy is still in its infancy, this transition from ‘business-as-usual’ to a new sustainable economy is opening up many new opportunities. This will continue for years as new clean technologies, policies, and standards are adopted.
