We are based in Frome, and do 99% of our training sessions from our custom built functional fitness epicentre ‘The Den’ (home of CrossFit UVA), which features a 20m long monkey bar section with varying heights throughout, a 6 metre rope climb and various lifting platforms, rigs, racks, and training devises throughout.
